Mary Grella is the dynamic force behind Miss Management, bringing decades of experience, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in property management.
Born and raised in Ocean City, New Jersey, Mary’s journey to becoming a leading figure in real estate and property management began with her passion for education and her deep-rooted dedication to making a difference.
Mary’s professional journey started in education, where she spent over a decade teaching at Saint Edwards and Beachland Elementary in Vero Beach, Florida. Her time as an educator was marked by innovation and leadership, as she introduced new educational programs that significantly boosted student performance. These experiences honed her skills in organization, communication, and leadership—skills that would later become instrumental in her success as a business owner.
In 2008, Mary co-owned and served as the Director of Marketing for ServiceMaster by Glenn’s, a restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation, as well as renovations. Her role was pivotal in the company’s impressive growth, driving annual revenue from $900k to over $3 million. Mary’s strategic vision, exceptional marketing expertise, and organizational skills were key to this success. She developed and executed comprehensive marketing campaigns, managed HR functions, meticulously reviewed financial reports, and vetted vendors to ensure the highest standards of service. This comprehensive approach allowed Mary to build effective business systems and establish a strong brand presence in the community

Her extensive knowledge of restoration, coupled with her experience working closely with insurance agents, highlighted the importance of pre-planning, regular maintenance, and a proactive approach to property management.
