Based on our initial consultation, we’ll help you select a Miss Management plan that best fits your needs. Whether you’re looking for basic security or full estate management, we offer a range of service tiers to match your lifestyle. You can also choose from our customized add-ons to tailor the service to your specific preferences.
Once your plan is in place, we’ll schedule your 4-point home health inspection for a one-time fee of $399. This inspection is vital for understanding the current condition of your property and setting a solid foundation for all future maintenance and management.
After your inspection is complete, Miss Management takes the reins. You’ll be seamlessly enrolled into the management plan you selected, with proactive maintenance and management tailored to your property’s specific needs. We ensure up-to-date communication with you through weekly updates, so you’re always informed and confident that your home is being managed to perfection.
