HomeWatch clients receive four comprehensive property inspections per month, including interior and exterior walk-throughs.
As a courtesy, one additional complimentary visit per month may be requested for package deliveries, vendor access, or special needs.

Yes. After every HomeWatch visit, clients receive real-time emailed reports with photos, notes, and observations so you’re always informed about your home’s condition.
Yes. If an issue is identified, we notify you promptly, outline recommended next steps, andc oordinate repairs upon approval. Miss Management works exclusively with licensed and insured vendors and oversees the process to ensure work is completed properly and documented thoroughly.
When urgent issues arise, we act quickly and responsibly. Depending on your service level, this may include site visits, securing the property, and coordinating emergency vendors. Emergency services are billed at the established emergency rate and are always communicated clearly.
We intentionally work with a limited number of homes to ensure each property receives consistent, high-touch care. This allows us to maintain the discretion, responsiveness, and attention to detail our clients expect.
Miss Management currently serves homes exclusively on the Vero Beach Barrier Island, with a strong concentration in Riomar. By focusing on a defined geographic area, we’re able to provide faster response times, deeper local knowledge, and a higher level of personalized oversight.
